Amit Shah.

Bharatiya Janata Party chief Amit Shah, on Wednesday, while crediting the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance government for restricting the Rohingyas from sneaking into the country, said Narendra Modi government will throw all illegal migrants out of the country before the end of its second term. He also called the illegal migrants as “termites” for the country.

Shah while addressing an election rally in Jammu & Kashmir’s Rajouri district, said, “The biggest work done by the BJP government was ending infiltration of the Rohingyas into the country. The PDP welcomed Rohingyas (into the state). Tell me whether the infiltration of Rohingyas should stop or not.”

He further blamed former Prime Minister Jawahar Lal Nehru and the Congress for including Article 370 in the Constitution which provides special status to Jammu & Kashmir and for giving a major area of the state to Pakistan. And said, “Jammu & Kashmir is the crown of India and nobody can touch it.”
