Bhim Army chief Chandrashekhar says dalits should take over all Hanuman temples

While addressing a rally in Rajasthan’s Alwar district, on Tuesday, Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath claimed that Lord Hanuman was a dalit and he worked to unite all Indian communities.

Bhim Army chief Chandrashekhar “Ravan” Azad, reacting to Yogi’s comment, said, “Dalits should take over all Hanuman temples in the country and appoint dalits as priests there.”

In addition, National Commission for Scheduled Tribes chairperson Nand Kumar Sai also claimed that Lord Hanuman was a tribal.
