The Rashtriya Janata Dal chief and former chief minister of Bihar, Lalu Prasad, launched a scathing attack on the current chief minister, Nitish Kumar, over the Supreme Court’s order to transfer the case of Muzaffarpur shelter-home horror to a POCSO court in Delhi.

In a series of tweets, Lalu Yadav has slammed Nitish government for mismanagement of the Muzaffarpur sex abuse. In his first tweet, Prasad said: “Ka ho Nitish, kuchh sharm bachal ba ki naahi (Nitish, do you have any shame left).”

In another tweet, Prasad said: “Habitual protectors of rapists of Bihar will keep quiet. Chupppp [sic].”

The Supreme Court, on Thursday, has warned the Bihar government for its management of 16 shelter homes in the state. The court warned that it would summon the Bihar chief secretary over any unsatisfactory response.
