BJP MP Babul Supriyo threatens to break man’s legs

BJP MP Babul Supriyo was invited to a public event, on Tuesday, to distribute wheelchairs and other equipment among disabled people at Nazrul Manch in West Bengal’s Asansol. During the event, Supriyo threatened to break a man’s leg. It was caught on a video.

According to news reports, one man was loitering around and creating distraction for Supriyo when the MP burst into a fit of anger. In the video, an angry Supriyo can be seen telling the man: “What happened to you? Any problem? I can break one of your legs. Now just go and stand there.”

Then Supriyo turned to a policeman said: “Next time if he moves from there then remove one of his legs.” Then he tells the man that he will “provide the people there with sticks to beat him up” and adds: “Have you understood?”

He then asked the people: “Now clap for this man.”
