Derek O’Brien: ‘TMC will be among top three parties, NDA will get 180 seats’

Trinamool Congress MP Derek O’Brien, on Tuesday, said the party would be among the top three parties in the 2019 Lok Sabha election and form the government at the Centre along with other opposition parties.

While unveiling a “jumlameter” to “expose the lies of BJP”, O’Brien addressed a news conference in New Delhi and said, “Our polls say NDA will get 180 seats. Make no mistake BJP, after May 23 TMC will be among the top three parties in Lok Sabha and we will come to power along with other opposition parties.”

He further described the party’s national approach for the upcoming poll and said that after coming to power, the party’s priority “would be to ensure assembly election in Kashmir and passing the Women’s Reservation Bill.”
