‘Floccinaucinihilipilification’: Shashi Tharoor introduces his new book on PM with 29-letter ‘worthless’ word
Congress leader Shashi Tharoor, on Wednesday, tweeted a 29-letter word describing his new book – “The Parodoxical Prime Minister”. The word he used while describing his book is “floccinaucinihilipilification”.
According to the Oxford Dictionary, “floccinaucinihilipilification” means “the action or habit of estimating something as worthless.”

The Lok Sabha MP from Thiruvananthapuram is known for his use of special and rare words in his speeches and books. He has written 17 books so far. Tharoor’s new book is available on order from Amazon. The e-commerce site describes the book as “Shashi Tharoor has stitched together a compelling portrait of this paradoxical figure (Narendra Modi).”
