Narendra Modi.

To repeat its 2014 Lok Sabha election win in 2019, the BJP is doing its best to woo youngsters now. With the general election only about three months away, the party’s youth wing, Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, launched its Vijay Laksh 2019 campaign, on Wednesday.

The prime minister, Narendra Modi, said the Bharatiya Janata Party is fully committed to fulfilling the dreams and aspirations of the country’s talented youngsters. Modi tweeted commending the BJYM team for their #VijayLaksh2019 movement and said it will “mobilize youth energy from all over the country” on a large scale for a “strong mandate” for the BJP. He also said his party was fully committed to “fulfilling the dreams and aspirations” of India’s youth.

This tweet came just after the BJYM chief, Poonam Mahajan, launched the #VijayLaksh2019 campaign. The campaign consists of 17 different programs that aims at connecting with the young voters, and their slogan is “Laksha Hamara, Modi Dobara”.
