Nirmala Sitharaman says the budget is presented with a 10-year vision

After unveiling the Union Budget for the financial year 2019-20, finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman, in a news conference in New Delhi, said the Budget has been presented with a 10-year vision in mind.
Sitharaman, on Friday, said, “We need to invest in infrastructure, digital economy and job creation in small and medium enterprises.”
While announcing various infrastructure projects, She added, “I wish to propose a number of initiatives as part of kick-starting the virtuous cycle of domestic and foreign investment.”
