Rahul Gandhi attacks BJP over Pulwama attack, says ‘who freed Masood Azhar?’
Congress president Rahul Gandhi, on Sunday, accused the national security advisor, Ajit Doval, for backing the release of Jaish-e-Muhammed chief Masood Azhar while negotiating with the terrorists during the 1999 Kandahar hijacking. Gandhi claimed that it was this decision that allowed the Pakistan-based terrorist to plan the Pulwama suicide attack, which killed 40 CRPF.
Gandhi tweeted: “PM Modi please tell the families of our 40 CRPF Shaheeds, who released their murderer, Masood Azhar? Also tell them that your current NSA was the deal maker, who went to Kandahar to hand the murderer back to Pakistan.”
