Rajinikanth says ‘if 10 join hands against 1, who is powerful?’

Actor-turned politician wannabe Rajinikanth, on Tuesday, tried to clarify his remark made on Monday, in which he said: “If the opposition believes BJP is dangerous, then it must be.”
This created a confusion because the actor is seen as an ally of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s BJP and his remark sounded like he was criticizing the BJP as “dangerous”.
Talking to reporters outside his Chennai residence, Rajinikanth clarified his remark and said, “If 10 people gang up against a person, who is powerful?”
He said, “The question asked to me was not right. My answer was if opposition parties believe the BJP is dangerous, then they are dangerous for them. I’m yet to become a full-time politician, so I won’t say whether the BJP is dangerous or not. It’s for the people to decide that.”
