Ravi Shankar Prasad to Rahul Gandhi: ‘Your tweet must have become headline in Pakistan’
Union minister Ravi Shankar Prasad, on Thursday, slammed the Congress president, Rahul Gandhi, for his tweet hitting at Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s “NoMo’s China diplomacy” and asked why he was in a “celebratory mood” when India is hurt as a result of China’s obstruction to list Jaish-e-Muhammed chief Masood Azhar as a global terrorist.
He said, “Why is Rahul Gandhi in a celebratory mood when India stands ‘pained’ by China blocking Masood Azhar’s name in the UNSC? I know your tweet must have become news in Pakistan. These days you feel very happy seeing your name in Pakistan headlines.”

जब चीन के कदम से भारत को पीड़ा होती है तो राहुल गाँधी उस पर खुश क्यों हो जाते हैं?आपके ट्वीट पाकिस्तान में हेडलाइन बनेंगे। pic.twitter.com/TOhmcGdoiH
He further said, if Gandhi has such good relations with China, why doesn't India benefit because of it. He asked, “As per your utterances, you enjoy a close relationship with China ... when you went to (Kailash) Mansarovar, you said you are in touch with Chinese officials ... so why could not you persuade China to take action Masood Azhar.”
Rahul Gandhi Ji! As per your own utterances, you seem to enjoy very good relationship with Chinese establishment. Then why did you not leveraged that proximity to convince China for supporting India in getting Masood Azhar declared as global terrorist? pic.twitter.com/QXGSb00HbN
