Sharad Pawar says Narendra Modi won’t return as prime minister although BJP may emerge as single-largest party
The leader of the Nationalist Congress Party, Sharad Pawar, on Tuesday, predicted that Narendra Modi will not return as the prime minister for a second term, although his Bharatiya Janata Party may emerge as the single-largest party after the Lok Sabha election.
News agency ANI tweeted quoting Pawar as saying: “From what I can understand a little about politics, I can say that I don’t think Modi will be the prime minister after this election. I am not an astrologer, but I think that they (BJP) will not get the required number of seats.”
