Yogi Adityanath says Bulandshahr violence is a ‘political conspiracy’

Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath said the Bulandshahr violence, was a “political conspiracy” hatched by those who tried to kill innocent people with illicit liquor.

Talking to reporters in Lucknow, on Monday, Adityanath said, “It was a political conspiracy, which has been exposed … peace and order will be maintained at all costs … the administration and government have thwarted the plot (of the conspirators) with force.”

The chief minister said his government should be “thanked and praised” for restoring law and order in the area quickly after the violence.
