Akhilesh Yadav backs Mamata Banerjee, says ‘BJP government’s atrocious policies jeopardizing freedom’

Mamata Banerjee continued to receive support from opposition leaders for her her dharna (sit-in protest) against the Centre over the CBI and Kolkata Police stand-off.

Former Uttar Pradesh chief minister and Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav tweeted: “The BJP government’s atrocious policies and the open political misuse of the CBI have put the country, the Constitution and the public’s freedom in danger. We support Mamata Banerjee’s dharna. Today, the opposition and the public are uniting to defeat the BJP in the Lok Sabha election.”

भाजपा सरकार की उत्पीड़नकारी नीतियों और CBI के खुलेआम राजनीतिक दुरुपयोग के कारण जिस तरह देश, संविधान और जनता की आज़ादी ख़तरे में है, उसके ख़िलाफ़ ममता बनर्जी जी के धरने का हम पूर्ण समर्थन करते हैं.

आज देश भर का विपक्ष और जनता अगले चुनाव में भाजपा को हराने के लिए एकजुट है.
