BJP says Congress’s revocation of Mani Shankar Aiyar’s suspension ‘matter of grave concern’

BJP spokesman Sambit Patra, on Sunday, said it is a matter of grave concern that the Congress has revoked its suspension of its senior leader and former Union minister Mani Shankar Aiyar from the party. The Congress had suspended Aiyar in December 2017 for calling Prime Minister Narendra Modi a “neech aadmi” (vile man) in a remark.

The BJP’s official Twitter handle tweeted the following:
