Digvijaya Singh calls the Pulwama terror attack an ‘accident’
Senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh, on Tuesday, sparked a controversy when he referred to the Pulwama suicide attack as a “durghatana” (accident), later reviewing it to “terror attack” after being trolled on social media.
Singh in his early tweet said, the foreign media had raised doubts over the air strike in Pakistan terror camps after the Pulwama “accident” and this has raised questions over the credibility of the Indian government.

After Singh was trolled for referring to the attack, in which 40 CRPF personnel were killed, as accident, the Congressman tweeted again saying there should be no doubt that the incident was an act of terrorism.
