Raj Babbar targets Mamata Banerjee says, ‘Mamata ji knows the size of Modi’s kurtas’

New Delhi: Senior Congress leader Raj Babbar, on Friday, took a swipe at West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee while questioning on how the Trinamool chief knew the “size of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's kurtas.” Two days after the Modi – Akshay interview, in which Modi said Mamta sends him kurta every year.
Raj Babbar, at a media conference in Kolkata, said, “Two products from West Bengal are famous across the world. One is sweets made of cottage cheese and another is the ‘kurta’. But till date, Mamata ji has not sent these two to us or anyone else. If she wants to gift them, she sends it to only one person. So you can understand that she knows the size of a kurta. Earlier, we used to raise questions if the size of his chest is 56 inches or not.”
In its response, Banerjee said, “He is not as experienced in politics, as he is in cinema. He doesn't know courtesy. He does not understand that courtesy and politics are not same.”
